Alicia DiMaccio is
a production manager based in Columbus.

My name is Alicia DiMaccio. I was born and raised in the Midwest. While Columbus, Ohio, was my hometown, I packed my bags and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in animation.

The first film I saw in theaters was Disney’s Mulan. This movie sparked my passion for animation. As I got older, my appreciation for animation deepened. The more I learned, the more I wanted to be part of it. When I moved to Los Angeles, I began building my career in the production department. Over the past six years, I have worked on various projects, including commercials, music videos, and television series. My most notable role was as an experienced production coordinator for the award-winning television series, Looney Tunes Cartoons.

I have been involved in every phase of production: pre-production, production, and post-production. My experience ranges from hands-on physical work on live-action commercials to in-office responsibilities for animated series. Each role has taught me about the demands and expectations of the industry, as well as the opportunities for growth.

Recently, I returned to the warm roots of Columbus, Ohio. After my experience in Los Angeles, I am eager to develop my career and expand my experience, whether it's in animation or another field.
